Products must be unopened and returned in their original, undamaged packaging for a return to be accepted.
Honey, country sugar, and other perishable goods can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective — not for change of mind.
If your product is defective or damaged in transit, we cover all return shipping costs. No questions asked.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
